Financing

IEF Capital has extensive experience in securing various sources of financing. It always seeks to achieve the financing structure that is most appropriate to the characteristics of its funds. An example in this regard can be found in the issuance of a commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) of approximately € 1 billion for the IEF Capital Berlage fund (which is characterized by long-term leases with key retailers in the Dutch market).

IEF Capital distinguishes itself by its own inflation-linked products that offer inflation linked returns to Dutch pension funds in the Netherlands. Such products have a very positive effect on pension fund’s asset-liability models as pension funds long-term liabilities are correlated to Dutch Inflation.
